1. Eligibility
• Canadian Residents Only: A valid Canadian government-issued ID (e.g., passport, provincial driver’s license) is required at check-in.
• Penalty: Failure to present valid ID will result in the reservation being repriced to the standard Best Available Rate.
2. Promotion Dates
• Book By: August 4 – September 7, 2026
• Stay Dates: August 18 – September 7, 2026
3. Cancellation & Modification
• Standard Cancellation: Free cancellation until 18:00 (local time) up to two (2) days before arrival.
• Late Cancellation/No-Show: Cancellations within two days of arrival or no-shows will be charged for the first night's room and tax.
• Modifications: Changes to dates or room types are subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.
4. Guarantee Policy
• A valid credit card is required to secure the booking. No immediate charge applies, but a pre-authorization may be held prior to arrival.
5. General Terms
• Taxes & Fees: Rates do not include applicable NYC/NYS taxes, or Urban Experience Fees.
• Availability: Subject to room availability and blackout dates; promotional inventory is limited.
• Restrictions: Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or loyalty programs. Not valid for group bookings (10+ rooms).
• Timing: Check-in is at 15:00 (3:00 PM); check-out is at 11:00 (11:00 AM). Early/late times are subject to availability and extra fees.
