Batizado em homenagem ao falecido Adam Yauch (o Beastie Boy conhecido como MCA), este pequeno parque de bairro é o mesmo em que ele cresceu brincando, até aprendeu a andar de bicicleta lá. Naquela época, ele se chamava State Street Park; mais tarde, tornou-se Palmetto Playground. Hoje, os fãs de Beasties e todos os outros vêm aproveitar os tobogãs e as oscilações.
