Ex-aeródromo militar, este parque de 187 acres recebeu o nome de James Miller, o primeiro aviador americano a ser morto em ação na Primeira Guerra Mundial. Ele tem campos de beisebol, críquete, softball e futebol, uma quadra de bocha e áreas de piquenique, bem como a Floresta de Carvalho Branco de Swamp, uma área florestal conhecida por sua variedade de habitantes de aves. Operado pelo National Park Service, o Miller Field faz parte da Gateway National Recreation Area e está listado no National Register of Historic Places.
