Seasoned rice and Korean-style hot pots are cooked at your table, everything meticulously timed by an exceptional staff. Start with the sweet-tinged green edamame pancake topped with cream cheese and the richly flavored grilled short rib patty with glass noodles and enoki mushrooms. Hot pot preparations include a range of proteins—seafood, chicken meatballs—along with seasonal vegetables and noodle add-ons, such as udon, ramen or short pasta.
