There really is something for everybody at the Sol Goldman Recreation Center (aka Red Hook Recreation Center) pool, and it has the room to accommodate them all. Lanes designated for lap swimming are a good distance from the open areas, so those who just want to splash around won't disturb the serious swimmers. A kiddie pool, fountains for kids to run through and colorful bleachers nearby that let parents supervise make this extra-large public pool truly all-ages.
