Café D'Alsace has been an Upper East Side institution for more than two decades, serving Alsatian cuisine in a uniquely special setting. Entirely New York owned and operated, they buy local whenever possible, and love serving their community and this great city. Executive chef Philippe Roussel is one of New York's greatest, working at iconic restaurants from Windows on the World to Restaurant Daniel.
