Descrição

100 Feast (萬豪大酒家) is a grand Cantonese banquet house and dim sum parlor on the second floor of 100 East Broadway, in the shadow of the Manhattan Bridge in Chinatown. Traditional push-cart service sends trolleys of har gow, shrimp dumplings, cheung fun rice noodle rolls, baked buns and the house's much-photographed durian bun through a 400-seat room of crystal chandeliers and marble. Larger Cantonese plates—king crab, abalone and whole fish—are cooked to order, and the room doubles as a wedding and private-event space. One floor up, sister venue 100 Feast & Lounge serves Japanese omakase and cocktails with a rooftop terrace. Dim sum service runs daily from the morning through late-night yum cha.
