From the team behind Walter’s and Walter Foods, Apollonia is a chill café/work space during the day, scattered with East Williamsburg locals sipping coffee and munching on croissants. By late afternoon, it’s recast as a mellow wine bar, the high ceiling and woven rugs contributing to a quiet atmosphere.
