Esta antiga loja de sanduíches traz alguns truques novos: refogar carne bovina em líquido de romã, por exemplo, e sobrepô-la em um pãozinho semolina com sementes, servido com maionese cremosa Duke’s, legumes em conserva, pimentões quentes e queijo americano derretido. É enorme e suculento, mas coerente. Byggyz (pronuncia-se “Biggie’s”) também faz twists em sanduíches de carne suína e atum. Dewey Dufresne está por trás; seu filho, Wylie Dufresne, costumava correr o seminal wd ~ 50 a um quarteirão de distância.
