Chef Nate draws from her global culinary background, weaving techniques and inspirations from her travels into meticulous broths, and handcrafted sauces. Guests can expect elevated noodle bowls, seafood-driven dishes, and nostalgic comfort plates alongside an inventive cocktail menu from Angel's Share alum Ryan Saputra that pays homage to iconic films through Thai and Asian ingredients.
