Hanaya is chef Yousi Chen's newest venture. After years of experience with sushi legends such as Chef Nakazawa and Chef Nakajima, Chef Yousi has brought an approachable Omakase option to the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan. Chef Yousi serves a 12-course Omakase at his Chef's Counter with an à la carte menu as well. With ingredients sourced from Toyosu Market, the omakase offered at Hanaya offers the season's best ingredients in a carefully curated tasting course. Start with fresh, seasonal bites that lead into an elevated nigiri selection. Chef Yousi has his fish flown in multiple times a week to ensure outstanding quality. Hanaya is open for service from Tuesday through Sunday.
