Bright, modern restaurant with wooden tables, metal stools at a long bar, tile floor, and large windows. Neutral tones, bottles on display, and plants on shelves create a welcoming atmosphere.
A white bowl containing ravioli topped with fresh green peas, pea shoots, and a thin slice of cheese, all sitting in a light green broth with small droplets of oil.
A white plate with a lemon tart topped with strawberries and small meringues, next to a scoop of strawberry sorbet, set on a brown textured surface.

Descrição

At Williamsburg's modern, chic Meadowsweet, executive chef Polo Dobkin has a deft touch with seasonal ingredients, crafting dishes with a Mediterranean bent. Crispy artichokes, house-made pastas and octopus with piquillo peppers and chorizo are among the highlights. Rolls hot from the oven are dusted with sea salt, luscious when spread with thyme-honey butter. Dobkin's wife, Stephanie Lempert, has devised some refreshing cocktails that are garnished with fresh herbs harvested from the loft garden overhead. That garden, plus patterned tiled floors, comfortable caramel banquettes and bare wood tables, makes it a pretty place to gather.
