Poco

Out of Business

Descrição

On any given night there's a party going on at Poco, an East Village boîte attracting a young crowd that assembles on banquettes and stools high off the ground, living it up on rounds of cocktails and Spanish-inspired tapas. Drink specials include a daily happy hour, unlimited drinks during Saturday and Sunday brunch (as long as you eat) and free drinks for an hour for you and 10 of your friends if you win the trivia contest on Wednesday nights. Small plates ("poco" means "little") pile up on the tables for everyone to share, featuring chorizo croquettes and grilled dates stuffed with blue cheese and almonds and wrapped in serrano ham. Poco also serves a mean lobster mac and cheese, perhaps its most famous dish.
