Chef Billy Kooper's menu features unique twists on beloved barbecue and American recipes, with a strong emphasis on hand-selected ingredients from farm-to-table vendors. Their all-American whiskey list comprises an array of allocated bourbons, ryes and whiskeys. On tap is a strictly 100 percent American craft beer selection.
