Vapiano

Value-driven, freshly prepared Italian food is the concept at Vapiano, part of an international chain based in Germany. The full bar makes it "a fuel stop for grown-ups." The dining room is expansive and contemporary, not your average fast-casual restaurant, and quality is high. At the antipasti bar there's bruschetta and beef carpaccio with arugula, plus a good selection of salads. Pizzas and panini are made-to-order, as are pasta dishes (arrabbiata, pesto, carbonara, chicken Alfredo). They'll ring up your order from a "chip card" (like a credit card) that's handed out upon entering.
