With an interior modeled on a high school stadium, this four-story Midtown outlet—the largest of the brand’s stores in the world—is epic from every angle. “Sneakerheads” can customize shoes, with choices that include colors only offered in NYC; use the Run Genie, a digital application that assesses your gait to determine the perfect running shoe; have a healthy drink at the juice bar; or sit in the stands and check out sports on massive flat screens. There’s even an indoor track—or treadmill if that’s more your speed—to get a test run on any item. If you’re visiting you can have your items delivered right to your hotel, and if something’s sold out you can preorder to have them delivered when available.
