ABC Kitchens DUMBO
Description
Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has opened ABC Kitchens, his first-ever Brooklyn restaurant, located on the iconic DUMBO waterfront at Empire Stores. ABC Kitchens’ seasonally-driven menu is an evolution and combination of ABC Kitchen’s approach to greenmarket fare, abcV's innovative plant-based dishes and ABC Cocina's global flavors, under one roof. The industrial waterfront space features a commanding peninsula bar and a central glass enclosure that functions as a retail space, selling vintage glassware, tableware and florals, and transforms into a whimsical dinner scene by night. ABC Kitchens is also available for private dining, where guests can dine amongst vintage decor, antique chandeliers and abundant blooms.
