Located directly across from the historically preserved Long Island City Gantries on the East River waterfront, American Brass is a New American restaurant with a relaxed, upscale setting and a local focus. Chef Kevin McGinley, formerly of Michelin-starred restaurant Bátard, serves every dish with fanatical attention to flavor and detail. American Brass looks to the future with their sustainable practices. Long Island City's many excellent breweries are featured exclusively on the beer list. New York farms play a dominant role in sourcing their proteins and filling the pantry.
