Bar Chuzo is a Latin bistro and cocktail bar in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, that specializes in coastal Ecuadorian staples, such as ceviche, chuzos (skewers) as well as paella, oysters and steak. In December 2025, Bar Chuzo won the Readers' Choice award for "Best Restaurant" from Brooklyn Magazine (bkmag.com).
