Dowling’s at The Carlyle, the latest addition to The Carlyle family, is named after Robert Whittle Dowling, owner of the hotel in the 1940s. The menu features chef Moosah Reaume’s interpretations of timeless New York favorites and throwback dishes from another era, with an emphasis on tableside preparations. Dowling’s at The Carlyle is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and offers weekend brunch.
