The award-winning restaurant by chef Juan Manuel Barrientos, brings its Michelin-starred Colombian fine dining experience to Virgin Hotels New York City. Elcielo offers four menus: The Experience menu, The Journey menu, the Bar Experience menu and the Taste Me menu. The Experience is Elcielo’s signature tasting menu. Each course is a composition of ingredients, texture, and memory, designed to move you through the flavors that define modern Colombian cuisine. Reserve early, as availability is limited. The Journey is a sensorial introduction to Elcielo’s culinary artistry. The Bar Experience features three curated cocktail pairings served exclusively at the counter. Taste Me is a refined three-course dining experience.
