At Greywind, James Beard Award-winning chef Dan Kluger offers a seasonally-driven, vegetable-forward dining experience that creatively highlights seasonal ingredients and rotisserie cooking. To complement chef Kluger’s menu, the beverage program has a special focus on small and up-and-coming producers, distillers, and brewers in New York.
