Description
Gyu-Kaku, which means "horn of the bull" in Japanese, specializes in yakiniku—barbecue meat over a piping hot grill. Options include miso-marinated skirt steak and prime kalbi short rib in a sweet soy marinade. Japanese sake, shochu and cold beers all make good accompaniments.
