Chef-owner Bolivar Perez has decades of experience cooking Italian fine cuisine. He came to the US in the mid-1980s and worked his way up at one of the most acclaimed and recognized restaurants in NYC, Il Mulino. He has served numerous celebrities and dignitaries, including former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.
