Il Fiorista
Description
Il Florista is a restaurant, bar, café, florist, boutique and community education space that embraces the many uses and benefits of flowers. The Mediterranean-centric menu features flowers throughout. The endive and kohlrabi salad comes with an apple blossom caper vinaigrette. The pappardelle is served with black pepper, lemon, pecorino and lavender. The coriander-glazed lamb steak is accompanied by picked green tomato, preserved shiro plum and rose.
