Restaurateur Roni Mazumdar and Chintan Pandya explore the yesteryears of India from the perspective of a 75-year-old immigrant man from Kolkata—Roni’s father. His favorite memories of food have been recreated with utmost integrity, intricate age-old techniques, authentic cookware and family recipes. Those fleeting moments from the homes in Kolkata to the homes he visited are being restored at this festive space in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn
