The beloved Japanese restaurant Momoya has evolved into this stunning new incarnation on the border of Soho and Nolita. The two-level space is surrounded by windows, and has an unencumbered view of the bustle of a busy intersection, and of one of New York’s most historic churches. Inside, however, is a serene scene of Japanese fare that showcases picture-perfect nigiri and sublime foods highlighting the beauty of the vast array of dishes.
