Description

Located beneath Howoo and DubuHaus, Musaek is a Korean seafood and cocktail bar rooted in Korean flavors and contemporary technique. The name, meaning "colorless" in Korean, reflects the restaurant's philosophy of quiet coexistence, balance, and refinement. Its signature cocktail program focuses on clarified cocktails crafted with Korean ingredients, stripped of color to reveal depth, clarity, and layered character beneath the surface. The food menu draws inspiration from Korea's coastal cuisine, featuring raw, chilled, and warm seafood dishes that capture the ocean's natural brininess, delicate textures, and clean flavors through a modern lens. Reservations are available via Resy, and walk-ins are also welcome.
