Description

At Palo Santo, you’ll find pan-Latin cooking in a Brooklyn brownstone. Chef Jacques Gautier’s changing menu blends Latin American and Caribbean influences with high-quality, seasonal ingredients including local produce from the nearby Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket. Palo Santo’s wine list has over five dozen wines from South America and New York State. Imported Latin American beers are available in bottles and cans, and local craft brews are on tap.
