Description

Harlem-bred and Senegalese-born chef and owner Elhadji Cisse, the force behind four popular restaurants, including Ponty Bistro, Harlem Cafe and Renaissance in Harlem, has opened his biggest restaurant yet. PB Brasserie is a sprawling 4,500-square-foot restaurant located on West 125th Street, steps from the Apollo Theater, in the epicenter of Harlem. This restaurant opening is the biggest the area has seen in years. PB Brasserie offers lunch, brunch and dinner to serve the community each and every day with a French flair.
