The familiar-sounding menu is anything but—with a keenly focused eye on nouveau American cuisine, Koketsu creates fresh interpretations on everything from seared three filets to roasted chicken with pomegranate to roasted bone marrow. This is all in addition to a spectacular array of seafood.
