Ramerino Italian Prime offers refined Italian dining near Bryant Park, the Empire State Building and the historic main branch of the New York Public Library. The sophisticated setting, designed by Paul Vega, founder of VLDG Design, reflects the warmth and elegance of Italian hospitality. The kitchen is led by Tuscan native chef Wilfrid Hodai, whose cuisine celebrates authentic Italian traditions using premium ingredients. The name Ramerino, meaning "rosemary" in Italian, reflects the restaurant's connection to Tuscan cuisine and its use of simple, aromatic ingredients. The menu features handmade pasta, fresh seafood, premium meats and seasonal vegetables, prepared with traditional techniques and modern presentation. Guests can also enjoy signature tableside preparations, including whole branzino, Dover sole, ossobuco, traditional Caesar calad and classic Zabaglione desserts.
