The restaurant is conveniently located in Manhattan's Midtown East, within walking distance to Rockefeller Center, Broadway, the United Nations and Grand Central Terminal. At The Parliament, chef Rakmin Lee brings to life his vision of a contemporary American Bistro dining menu. The menu offers signature American cuisine, concentrating on seasonal ingredients prepared with classic techniques.
