Brass & the Tusk Bar

Description

Through the Art Deco lobby of the historic Evelyn Hotel, find Brass & The Tusk Bar. Tusk is a jewel of a classic cocktail and oyster bar, named one of Esquire’s "Best Bars in America, 2024." Look for bright takes on classic cocktails, raw bar and seafood-driven small plates. The glamorous bar room marries the spirit of the roaring '20s with the convivial attitude of mid-century cocktail parties, sharing the timelessness of a warm welcome, a well-made drink, a freshly shucked oyster...and a good time. Located through the bar, Brass restaurant is a New York City brasserie that takes inspiration from the style of French brasseries but without adhering to their playbook. Brass showcases the playful contemporary spirit that characterizes chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske Valtierra’s cuisine.
