Shanghai is most famous for steamed soup dumplings, filled with pork or a pork/crab combo, and the specimens found here do not disappoint. The fried tiny buns with pork are delicious too. When it was known as 456 Shanghai Cuisine, a rave from The New York Times really put it on the map , attracting a high number of non-Asians. It's a brightly lit, efficient operation, with low prices considering the skill of the cooking.
