Ample Hills elevates ice-cream beyond mere comfort food. That may be because every element is homemade: milk is pasteurized in-house, and all cookies, cakes and candy mix-ins are baked on premises. The vast selection of flavors range from old standbys with a twist (vanilla bean, strawberries and cream, dark chocolate) to all-new flavor inventions (Mexican hot chocolate and “munchies,” which combines pretzels, Ritz crackers, potato chips and M&Ms).
