Chef Amrit Pal Singh, an Adda alum, named it Angel after his young daughter. He crafts paneer from scratch and features vegetarian specialties like crisp fried cauliflower coated in tomato-garlic sauce; creamy, spicy black lentils; crunchy kale pakoda drizzled with tamarind and yogurt sauce; and vegetable biryani sealed by a lid of naan. Portions are generous and prices are low.
