A stylish, modern bar with tall, illuminated golden sculptures behind the counter, high bar stools, warm lighting, and neatly set dining tables in front. Bottles and glasses line the bar, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Two golden-brown, crispy croquettes topped with a dollop of yellow sauce and a thin slice of black truffle, served on a dark, decorative plate.

Description

Aqua New York has two separate restaurants—Aqua Roma and Aqua Kyoto—each a master of its own cuisine to bring this unique lifestyle dining concept to the table. With two amazing cuisines, contemporary Japanese and Italian, served as one fabulous experience, Aqua New York offers dining on a grand scale. Order from one menu or both, wherever you are seated. The menu reads Italian from the front and Japanese from the back. Their dinners often start with a signature Japanese sushi platter to share, followed by an Italian entrée and a delicious dessert. Italian and Japanese cooking match perfectly because they both share the same culinary philosophy: using  the freshest seasonal produce and preparing theme simply to let their natural flavors shine.
