Arthur Avenue Fiasco, Roberto Paciullo's fifth restaurant (Zero Otto Nove and Roberto's are among the others), pays homage to the classic Italian American dishes in the real Little Italy, the Bronx's Arthur Avenue. Favorites on the menu include the house-made rigatoni (sautéed with broccoli rabe and sausage, and topped with toasted almond and spicy pecorino cheese) and the chicken francese (melt-in-your-mouth egg-battered chicken in lemon sauce, served with homemade penne pasta).
