Description
Chef Yuhi Fujinaga celebrates Basque cuisine—small plates, grilled meats, seafood—in a futuristic space within the Eventi Hotel, designed by concept artist Syd Mead, who has created building and vehicle designs for such motion pictures as <em>Blade Runner</em>, <em>Aliens</em> and <em>Tron</em>. Bar Basque features Spanish wines, whiskeys, signature cocktails and includes outdoor seating.
