Bar56

Description

Bar56 is restaurateur and owner James Fantaci’s modern American restaurant located under the Brooklyn Bridge in DUMBO in a landmark building dating back to 1892. Leading the culinary vision is executive chef Vincent Cortese, crafting a seasonally-driven menu with Italian and French influences. The cuisine is complemented by a carefully curated wine list, featuring 56 wines by the glass focused on style which they call "Palate Character," a distinctive reserve list, and handcrafted cocktails. Every dish provides Palate Character pairing suggestions, with all of the wines on the list available for purchase next door at taste56.
