Diana Tandia, originally from Mauritania, has worked in fine dining for years, but her approach here is down-to-earth. Her Afro-fusion cuisine is healthy, hearty and ready to be dished out for people in a hurry. There are a few tables to squeeze into, but most devotees file in for takeout.
