Biryani Cart

Description

Bangladesh native Meru Sikder has legions of fans for his fabulous chicken biryani and kati rolls. Midtown office workers line up at his street cart at lunch; luckily, service is quick, so they can be back at their desks in no time. It's easier to eat a kati roll stuffed with spicy, yogurt-marinated chicken tikka while seated, but if you have to stand on the street, so be it. Biryani Cart has twice won the People's Choice award at the Vendy Awards, the premier yearly cook-off for the City's sidewalk chefs.
