Open since 2006, Bistro Chat Noir is described as “a taste of Montmarte on the Upper East Side” with its chic atmosphere and top-notch French cuisine. Patrons flock to Bistro Chat Noir for the roasted chick au jus and French onion soup gratine as well as for celebrity sightings.
