The menu at Borough is New American with some international quirks— jerk chicken and fajitas, for instance—complementing the restaurant's backbone of burgers, BLTs, salads and entrees like lamb chops, grilled salmon and crab cakes. The spot also whips up an array of signature cocktails, like the Go Greene (gin, muddled cucumber and ginger, lime juice) and the Coney Island Ice Tea (Hennessy, Jack Daniels, Makers Mark, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice and, of course, Sprite).
