Boulud Sud

Out of Business

Description

Boulud Sud, Chef Daniel Boulud's restaurant on the Upper West Side near Lincoln Center, serves Mediterranean cuisine drawing upon flavors of the entire region from France's Côte d'Azur to Spain, Italy, Greece, North Africa and Turkey. There is an emphasis on grilled foods, including whole fish and lamb dishes, as well as an abundance of fresh vegetables. Thomas Schlesser designed the contemporary, 120-seat restaurant with an open kitchen, kitchen counter seating, a spacious lounge and bar area and a dining terrace.
