Description
Bridge's Kitchen is a food truck that provides authentic Liberian food Thursday through Monday in the Stapleton Heights neighborhood of Staten Island. Owner Brigitte Harris is an American-born Liberian who was born on Staten Island and lived in Monrovia, Liberia from the age of 12–18. The name "Bridge's" is a combination of Brigitte's nickname and the concept of connecting people to various cultures through cuisine.
