Cervo’s
Description
Cockles with garlic and vinho verde sauce, beef tartare with littleneck clams and wild striped bass with slow-roasted tomatoes are among the Iberian-inspired seafood dishes at Cervo’s. This clean tiled spot on the Chinatown–Lower East Side border looks like an oyster bar, and indeed, just-shucked oysters are on hand. Chase them with refreshing Spanish or Portuguese wines. The same team, Nialls Fallon and Nick Perkins, are behind Hart’s, a Mediterranean favorite in Brooklyn.
