Cherry Izakaya is a modern take on the traditional Japanese <em>izakaya</em>, a drinking house with a menu of small dishes for snacking. Offering small and large plates intended for sharing, the menu includes dishes like tuna tarts, miso-glazed Chilean sea bass and an assortment of <em>gyozas</em>. This casual and welcoming restaurant invites guests to stay for an evening to enjoy the food and drink sake from the extensive curated sake list. Cherry Izakaya also offers the only frozen beer slushy in Brooklyn.
