Description
Oaxaca, Mexico, is famous for complex moles and smoky mezcal. Those are also the specialties at Claro. Other heaven-sent picks include memela (corn pancake pizza), king salmon crudo and wild mushroom and goat quesadillas. In addition to the indoor kitchen, there’s a wood fire for outdoor grilling. The chefs are Chad Shaner and TJ Steele, who also cook at Freek’s Mill around the corner.
